Doing more with less

October 11, 2017

I was inducted as a Fellow in the College of Law Practice Management (COLPM) in 2015 at our meeting in Chicago. I'm looking forward to the thoughtful coverage of important topics with other industry experts when we get together this year on October 26 and 27 in Atlanta.

The group focuses on both BigLaw/Big Money and Action to Justice (A2J). At first I questioned the connection and then listened to the solutions that the A2J community has developed. They have scarce resources and need to use it wisely. No room for do-overs because of the critical services that they provide. The Legal Services Corporation is an umbrella organization that needs the help of the best minds in the industry. Check out en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legal_Services_Corporation. At the same time, all segments of the legal industry can learn from the A2J community about how to really "do more with less."
