Clients are using data analytics and machine learning methodologies to move beyond intuition to facts in making decisions. Together with Gill Eapen of Decision Options, we contributed the lead chapter to a new book published by Ark. The chapter expands on our recent piece on the same topic in the Edge International Communique.
